Photobox proud to be part of Consumer Forum
Archives
At PhotoBox, we’re very proud of how we partner with our customers to innovate and to improve our services. So when we were asked to become a founder member of Consumer Forum it seemed a pretty easy decision to make.
Like PhotoBox, the Forum is based on the philosophy that a company’s success (particularly those with new business models), is increasingly dependent on the ‘network’ effect of customers being willing to not only recommend, but actually feel engaged with the service to the extent that they feel like a partner, as well as a customer. You can see this increasingly every day – How many buy on Amazon without reading product reviews, freely given by other customers? Take a look at Xbox help forums – most customer problems are answered not by Microsoft staff, but enthusiasts and evangelists who feel part of the product enough to share their knowledge for free.
Consumer Forum is unique. It’s the only consumer interest group out there formed on the basis that the interests of customers and companies are aligned, in an ultra-transparent, web-enabled marketplace. A company at odds with its customer’s interests is doomed to be found out. A company which is confident and honest enough to have an open partnership with its customers has a head start in its chosen market.
We at PhotoBox have always believed that service excellence and customer partnership are essential elements of business success and customer satisfaction. Consumer Forum is a place where like-minded companies and their customers will together advance that cause.
