Philip Michell is the Consulting Director for Capita Customer Management. In this role he is responsible for not only helping Capita’s existing clients transform the customer experiences they deliver, but also working with organisations that are looking to leverage Capita’s experience without committing to outsourcing their customer management operations.

We deliver a range of services including multi-channel customer service and support, sales and customer acquisition, debt collection and document and payment management.
We provide services to numerous B2C and B2B organisations across a range of sectors, including O2, British Gas, National Trust, Google, DWP and Severn Trent Water. Our large pool of highly trained resource, a flexible working approach and offshore options, means we are able to tailor operations according to our clients’ needs and swiftly respond to seasonal demands and specific events.
The customer management team was further strengthened in 2011 by the acquisition of two of the UK’s most respected customer management businesses – Ventura and Vertex UK Private Sector.
