Mark Chapman

Mark Chapman is managing director of PhotoBox Limited, the UK’s first online photo service, now part of the Photoways group. PhotoBox is the market leader in the UK and Europe. Together with Graham Hobson, Mark is a co-founder of the UK firm, which began trading in 2000.

Mark has a first class honours degree in Computer Science, as well as a strong background in IT strategy, departmental and program management, gained during a successful 15-year career at investment banks Merrill Lynch and UBS. Prior to studying for his degree, he served 7 years as an officer in the British Merchant Navy.

Mark lives in London and is married with three children: Alice (8), William (6) and Grace (4). He has a lifelong interest in photography, and is also a keen sailor, when opportunity allows.
